The purpose of the company is to build a dynamic ecosystem around two methods that have been created since 2019 to structure human minds and their belief systems into a new philosophy of thinking, living and doing business.

Today she leads The Metamorphoses forward with her ability to apply technical knowledge with a sense sophistication to enable thinking that makes people wiser, stronger, more resilient and gives them courage to take responsibility.

M. Dei Conoscenti has developed a corporate career with Estée Lauder Companies within perfume industry. Believing in the art of seeing improvement as a result and result as an improvement makes Dei an archeologist of the true essence of life. The one who storages the discovery of the knowing and becoming thyself as a continuous transmutation of mind. The infinite capacity to regenerate and evolve into something new.
