We create places of power

Aedificium

Aedificium® is our third method created in 2024 out of a need to build another rhythm within property development. The method is meant for property owners, developers and investors. We are strong believers in systems that enable repeating of success. We used our knowledge from 369® and 963® methods and applied it unto existing ways of building properties  as a means to create a new asset within property development - by splitting Creation and Process - to meet the needs of each actor within its own timing instead of forcing the timing and complexity of a building process upon investors, property developers and home owners.

This method creates space for developers to attract necessary funding that can go beyond the banks, where they can enter private investment landscape by comprehending the needs of private investors to believe in the relevance of the project and choose to be part of something bigger. This fills the gap for a human led and not only numbers led process within property development and ensures a  bigger leverage for the owners, developers or investors as better projects for future buyers. All influencing architectural choices and liberating architects from being a singular enablers of making building possible. Shaping the landscape we will live in as our future society

With the view to facilitate the Aedificium® method we have created concept property development platform to enable other property developers to create their vision within our method to create spaces that make sense in a modern investment landscape. Within this platform of highly skilled designers and award winning building partners with a sharp mind and an alive soul we focus on:  concept, visualisation and design. Our concepts feel vibrant and withstand the test of time - beyond being profitable. Developers that have chosen to use our method are creating value with their projects, that others want to invest in or learn from.

Beyond giving access to Aedificium® method we are strong  at sourcing valuable buildings at reasonable prices within Belgian and Mediterranean markets focussing on possibility of investing based on value for money principle to create strong concepts that maximise the potential of the investment. We understand that our role extends beyond simply creating aesthetically pleasing designs, therefore our pride lies in our ability to transform visions into tangible realities.

Our concepts speak to imagination. Together with a team that consists of exceptional architects, architectural designers, interior designers, photographers and artists we create concepts that are built on paper - visualised according to our method - giving a developer or an investor opportunities to attract funding without waiting to sell properties on plan to  the future buyers bringing value in times of change in a saturated property market.

The Metamorphoses® 369® and 963® methods help us to understand people and allow our clients to make better decisions by applying Aedificium® as a way of thinking. We meticulously design to ensure that the concept of the property resonates as with investors as future buyers. We go beyond standard architectural designs and emphasise the creation of spaces that evoke a sense of belonging to something bigger, fostering strong partnerships, exceeding expectations, transforming properties into extraordinary investment opportunities.

This project is developed by The Metamorphoses® for The Labyrinth, property developer, by using our Aedificium® method, for its campaign on a private investment platform, WinWinner, that has reached its goal of 600.000 euro just in 72 hours with 183 investors.
