Aedificium

Aedificium® is our third method created in 2024 out of need to build in an another rhythm within property development. Our method is meant to give a zero-stress solution to private property owners, developers and investors to create a better experience while engaging in building projects. We used our knowledge from 369® and 963® methods to create a new system by splitting creation of a building from process of building it. This gives us an asset to influence timing enabling a dynamic Built-On-Paper approach without enforcing a waiting line upon the client while building the projects.

With the view to facilitate the Aedificium® method we have created concept property development platform: a selection of highly potent design and building professionals to enable EID, experiential interior-architecture design, for other property developers. We create spaces with human-centered design approach to interior architecture, shaping the designed environments on human total experiences including sensorial, cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioural cues - influencing the modern property investment landscape. We offer a sharp mind and an alive perspective focusing on concept, visualisation and design.

Beyond giving access to Aedificium® method and platform we are strong at sourcing valuable buildings that can maximise potential or quality of an investment. We understand that our role extends beyond simply creating aesthetically pleasing designs, therefore our pride lies in our ability to transform visions into tangible realities.

Our concepts speak to all senses creating an experience and an opportunity for our clients to navigate their financial needs within the right timing - attracting funding without needing to wait to sell properties. We meticulously design to ensure that concept of the property resonates as with investors - 80-20-principle of timeless basis for the building, 20 sense of luxury to create a higher sense of value - as with future buyers going beyond standard architectural designs - we create experiences. Our projects just feel different. We emphasise the creation of spaces that evokes a sense of belonging to something bigger, fostering strong partnerships, exceeding expectations, transforming properties into extraordinary investment opportunities.

This project is developed by The Metamorphoses® for The Labyrinth, property developer, by using our Aedificium® method, for its campaign on a private investment platform, WinWinner, that has reached its goal of 600.000 euro just in 72 hours with 183 investors.
