THE METAMORPHOSES® is a copyrighted and original design that have been provided to Client and is for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not AUTHORISed to use any of THE METAMORPHOSES® intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including THE METAMORPHOSES copyrighted method, process and design, shall remain the sole property of THE METAMORPHOSES. No license to sell or distribute THE METAMORPHOSES materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by THE METAMORPHOSES is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the company, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with THE METAMORPHOSES®. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, THE METAMORPHOSES will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Metamorphoses® agrees to provide Design Sessions, with minimum of 1 session of 2h each to maximum 7 sessions 2h each per trajectory, identified on the invoice provided to the client. The client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in The Metamorphoses' Design Sessions.
THE METAMORPHOSES® works exclusively with a 100 % pre-payment.
Within the first 7 days from original date of purchase, the moment your money reached our bank account, you can request a refund. No refunds will be given after 7 days from the original date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the trajectory regardless if you attend to participate or not.
Each client receives one free rescheduling if the session is rescheduled prior to the 48 hour window before. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 48 hours before your session begins. To reschedule your session, simply send an email to create@themetamorphoses.com
